  Guaranteed 14 Day Delivery: For every order you place at Nollok, we give you a guaranteed delivery within 14 days.  If late, which barely happens, we will provide you a 5 QAR gift voucher as apology

  Returns

  Free Exchanges & Returns:

  We accept free exchanges and returns for unworn and unwashed garments/products that are defective upon delivery within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period).

  Note: We do not accept returns for underwear products due to hygiene standards.

  Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@nollok.com with your order number and proof of the product being defective upon arrival.
  2. Ship the Item: After contacting us, you will need to ship the items back to our warehouse.
  3. Return Processing: Your return will usually be processed within 7-10 business days. Our customer support agent will help you in your process
