  Guaranteed 14 Day Delivery: For every order you place at Nollok, we give you a guaranteed delivery within 14 days.  If late, which barely happens, we will provide you a 5 QAR gift voucher as apology

  Note: Various constraints beyond our control like government blockade, pandemic, holiday, etc can lead to extended delivery times, but these cases are very very minimum. In this case you will receive a gift voucher!!

  Returns

  Free Exchanges & Returns:

  We accept free exchanges and returns for unworn and unwashed garments/products that are defective upon delivery within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period).

  Note: We do not accept returns for underwear products due to hygiene standards.

  Return Process:

  2. Ship the Item: After contacting us, you will need to ship the items back to our warehouse.
